A about a week and a half ago we had to open up for
breakfast. And at the same time we had a bbq on. The
sausages were so good that I decided to have two for
lunch!
I also had to do a roast special, and this time I
used lamb which went really well. Then a few days
later I went to the
Sydney Fish Market. I found some Baby Octopus
for a good price so I bought a few kilos and I put
them on special at work.
What I did was just marinate the baby octopus on
lime and a few other ingredients. And then grill
them. While I'm grilling I made some vegetarian
risotto. Then I set the plate up with some risotto
in the middle.
I then drizzled around the risotto a mixture similar
to that of the marinade, and I also added some
balsamic glaze. And some yellow teardrop tomatoes,
and half a lime.
And of course I arranged the baby octopus straight
from the grill on top of the risotto and I sent it
out to the table. Nice!
