Hunnie and Roast Pork

On Thursday last week Sheila came back from overseas.

She was away for almost 7 weeks. Gosh, I missed her so much! And as usual, because of all the other flights, it took her a bit longer to get through customs. So in the meantime I kept myself busy at Krispy Kreme with a couple of donuts. Hehehe!

We didn't waste much time. After a short nap we went out. We had sushi. Lots of it! And we also had gelato. And we talked and talked about so many things. I'm just so happy that she's back! :)

Then on Sunday I put on Roast Pork on the menu. The whole kitchen smelled like roast pork as I packed them all into our small combi oven. And while they were roasting away I made apple sauce using my very own secret recipe. When they came out the crackling looked so divine! It was a bit under cooked, but I did that on purpose 'coz everytime I get an order I have to reheat the slices. And when I do reheat them they come out perfect! I served the Roast Pork with vegies, chat potatoes, apple sauce and heaps of gravy! And I sold so many of them. Yummy! :)
