The Buzz

Edu was busy making the desserts at the back. I'm quite impressed with his meticulous attention to detail. Nice!

And because it's Good Friday, Rob and I had a few special seafood dishes on. I was doing the grilled scallops with potato salad and hollandaise sauce. While Rob was cooking (with a bit of flair) the mussels in white wine and cream sauce.

And today I also got to test drive the new buzzer system. Every key staff gets a buzzer... and Simon the manager gets one too. And if I need them to come to the kitchen I just press their number on the console and their buzzer will vibrate. Jana seems to be ok with it, but whenever I buzz Simon he seems to act a bit funny. Hmm... strange. Hehehe!
