Last week I tried out the Pork Ribs. We're adding it
to the new Autumn Menu which starts this week.
And while I was grilling it I did not realize that
Pepi was right behind me... sort of Photo Bombing
while I had my camera on automatic. Hehehe!
The Ribs were cooking quite well. I just have to
baste it often to make sure the flavor is absorbed
and that it does not burn. Pepi also had a go at
basting the ribs. And when it was ready she was
literally drooling all over it! Then Vivi turned up
and had some of the Ribs too.
Then Pepi had another piece... and from the look on
her face she seems to like the Pork Ribs. Then the
other girls showed up. Korin had some... and so did
Carla. And they all kept coming back for more!
Unfortunately by the time Ashley and Avtar showed up
the Ribs were already finished! So I gave Ash a
Tiramisu, and I made Avtar a Chicken Burger. Given
how fast the Pork Ribs went I think it's gonna be a
big seller on the New Autumn Menu.
