It was a really busy week. The dockets just kept
coming in. But it's good to know that Randy's
keeping his cool.
And while Rob and Stan were looking after the á la
carte side of things I had to put together a
cocktail function. And it had to be top notch
quality because it's for a
certain VIP.
I only needed to make 6 different kinds but it was
for 120 people. So that's a total of 720 canapés,
half of which are cold and the other half hot (ie.
pastizzi and skewered chicken).
Towards the end of the week Randy was already
exhausted and had to take a nap in between shifts.
He was so tired and slept so well that even Jana's
kiss couldn't wake him up. Hehehe!
For dinner we gave him a whole telegraph cucumber.
And what he did to it was nothing short of
hilarious. Hehehe!
