A few days before NYE I went to see Brett and Cha
and we spent a whole day just wandering around the
suburbs. I always have a fun time whenever I hang
out with them. Even with something as mundane as
looking around in a Filipino grocery store can be
such a funny thing to do. Hehehe!
And then I got this new gig near the
Opera House. The restaurant itself is very nice
and the location can't get any better with probably
one of the best views in Sydney. But the kitchen
needs a bit of work and Rob's helping me out. It's a
work in progress.
Anyone in the Hospitality industry will tell you
that New Year's Eve is the busiest day of the year.
But I somehow found time to slip out of the kitchen
and watch the fireworks with Brett and Sheila. And I
just couldn't ask for anything more. :)
