It was a lot different to my previous entry. We got
really busy. Even before the band showed up Greg and
Tam were already scrambling to get things done.
Agam had to pitch in as well. He chopped the apples
for the Apple Crumble... but while he was peeling
them he kept missing the bin so the peelings mostly
ended up on the floor. Geez! Hehehe!
Service just went on and on and on... and we got
heaps of orders. Greg wasn't too happy at one stage,
but we got things together and sent all the food
out. Rob too was exhausted after the rush. Hehehe!
We did a function with Quiches and Fish cutlets. And
for a'la carte we did heaps of Chicken and Steak.
And I also burned myself. Hehehe!
Well, it's all in a day's work. And I'll be back
tomorrow at work for more fun and games! :)
