Feng Wei Wee

I was having a Caramel Frappucino and a Cinnamon Roll when Miss SY showed up. She said that it's not a proper lunch, and I agree with her. So we went back to Feng Wei Wee for some "real" food! :)

Feng Wei Wee is a small food shop at the corner of Banawe Ave and Samat Street... which is just a few minutes walk from where I'm staying. It's quite different to Causeway, because it's basically Taiwanese cuisine, which is much more diverse and tasty. In my list of places to eat... it's definitely up there amongst the top 5. The last time we went there was before I went to Foshan, and I really missed all the simple dishes, like the Taiwanese sausage and the braised pork ribs. Yum!!!

I also like the way they serve the tea. It's not in a ceramic pot, but in a sort of plunger style kettle. I can't have enough of it! Miss SY had the beef noodles, and I ended up ordering more rice and some more soy chicken. Yummy!!! This definitely beats having a cinnamon roll at Starbucks! Hehehe!
