I guess the highlight of my
day at work was when I made
Chicken Pies. Yeah... it may
seem mundane, but there's
something about making pies
that I find very relaxing...
that is except when I'm
horribly behind schedule.
Hehehe!
The way I made 'em couldn't
be simpler. I just rolled
out puff pastry, put a
dollop of the chicken stew,
fold them up and brush them
with butter. I placed them
in a deep tray only because
it's easier to store in the
fridge. When I bake them
however I use a flat tray
because it allows the pastry
to cook evenly. Once
golden-brown and crispy then
they're ready. Yum! :)
