I think it's been almost over a year since I last went to the Rocks. I didn't really notice how long it's been because I was busy with a lot of things and also because of the time I spent in the US.

Yesterday I went there again because I had to meet a couple of people for lunch and also because I wanted to say "hello" to Kimmie who's still at the Orient Hotel.

Above is a picture of her that I took in 2003. She's among the best chefs that I've ever worked with and it's amazing how she doesn't seem to age. I had a lot of fun with her in that kitchen! :)
