I've been doing some serious sight seeing 'coz I'm due to fly back to Sydney in a week or so. But the weather was kind'a crappy so I went to the supermarket and bought a few pounds of Tilapia.

The last time I had Tilapia was when I was in Manila. I was surprised to know that it is abundantly available here too! Anyway all I did was cut up a few capsicums, lobster balls and I stir fried them with black bean sauce. Then I lightly fried the fish and put it all in a plate with steamed rice. YUM!!!
