Instead of sorting out the presents at home I do
them at work. Nope, it's not procrastination. I
just think it's a good idea because there's
always a real chance that the cards and ribbons
will be damaged in transit. Plus also it's fun!
:) The
same as
last year and the years before I give away
the same type of chocolates. But this year I got
something special in my inventory:
Mozart Kugeln! Their tins look so nice that
I had second thoughts about giving them away. |
 |
|
As
far as chocolates are concerned I always make
sure that I give away ones that come in
attractive packaging, either in nice little
plastic boxes (ie.
Ferrero Rocher) or exquisite tin cases (ie.
Guylian). The reason is that after finishing
the contents ,the people that I give them to has
something that they can keep and use, unlike the
typical carton boxes and plastic pouches that
end up as rubbish. And of course it also means
that it's not necessary to wrap them, which
saves me a lot of time and a bit of money. Neat!

This has got to be the unhealthiest order that I
made this year. It's Deep Fried Potato Wedges
with half a dozen grilled bacon and the same
number of melted cheese slices on top. YUM!
Hehehe! And
I almost forgot! The guys also wanted a huge
dollop of Sour Cream and heaps of Sweet Chili
Sauce. Geez! I'm actually quite curious as to
what his New Year's resolution will be. Hahaha! |

And this is an attention-grabbing gift from one of
the staff. It's a stress ball that looks like a
skull. It looks a bit dull but it gets a whole lot
more interesting (and gross) once you squeeze it.
Hehehe! As soon as you press it the eye pops out. In
it there's blood, worms, rats, cockroaches and other
creepy stuffs. Hehehe! That's
Emma by the way in the background. She
seemed amused! |

She
came in to say "hi" and to see if I was alright.
I think the sight of me playing with a stress
ball got her a bit worried. Hehehe! She
also gave me some of her fave candies. Mmm... I
love sweets! She said the
Zappo's really nice. And I have to agree. :) |
