Sydney's looking a bit overcast... but still the
Quay's filled with people. I had a big night on
Saturday (I got home at 3am Sunday) so I really
needed my caffeine dose. :)
Thomas was on during lunch. I basically had to take
over the grill section 'coz he's got the evening
off. Kimmie's got the evening off as well. I had a
bit of a chat with her about a lot of stuffs because
I only get to see her three times a week. ...anyway,
as with every Sunday I had my four scoops of Ice
Cream. I mean, sometimes I do have ice cream half
way through the week... but dedicating an entire day
for it makes it more yummy. :) I had chocolate
yesterday! Cool! Misbah and Greg came in the
evening. We weren't that busy so I got them to clean
up the
Anne was doing the food running... so we basically
had to put up and stare at each other most of the
evening. Hehehe! Roman's working as well. He seems a
bit tired... I really don't know why. He must've had
a big night too. :)
...the dinner shift was a bit slow... the orders
were few and far in between. A few Ocean Trout here
and there... ...and a few steaks now and then...
nothing really exciting happening
So I was a bit eager to do up some nice staff
meal... like this steak with potatoes for one of the
managers. I also did a Full Monty for Roman... which
is a breakfast dish because it's got eggs, bacons, a
steak, tomatoes, potatoes and toasted foccacia.
