When I walked into the kitchen I saw that part of my
section has been cordoned off. So I had limited
space to work with... and I had no access to the
heat lamps and bain marie. Aw crap!!! ...but the
good thing about the renovation is that the
restaurant had to put some of their fine wines in my
fridge. Ooooh! ...how tempting! Hehehe! :P |

...and of course Tanya made me coffee! Mmmm... I
haven't had any good coffee for days. Yum! :) I also
discovered that we have a new bell. It's what we use
to call the waiters... chefs love it, waiters hate
it! Hehehe! It's so shinny that I can almost see
myself and Tara. Anyway, that's also her reflection
on my fridge behind the bell. =) |

Roman's rather proud of his burgers... because I
sold a relatively high number during lunch. So on
his break he sat in my section to watch me grill
them. Hehehe! And while I was doing that I was
putting together a few a'la carte stuffs as well. :) |
