Somehow I had this feeling that I was being
watched... then I turned around and I saw Anne with
her camera! ...and she kept at it... taking pictures
of everyone and everything... kind'a like me! Hehehe!
And even late in the afternoon she was still
going... even hiding behind the wine glasses in
order to get the perfect shot. Hehehe! I think she's
cool! =)
Roman wasn't sure if his pay was good... ...but as
soon as he opened his slip I knew straight away that
he got what he expected. Hehehe!
For lunch I grilled two Ocean Trouts... one for
Roman and one for Crystal... ...but I wasn't able to
join them for lunch because I kept getting orders on
my break. Anyway I made the most of my time by
reading my book while cooking... a bit of
multi-tasking I guess. Hehehe!
In the evening I did a bit of wine tasting. The
white and red of the month... well they're not that
bad... but a sip really isn't enough! I wish I had
the whole bottle to myself. Hehehe! Then Misbah
showed up for the dinner service, alongside Greg...
It wasn't too busy, but we still sold plenty of
steaks... particularly Rib-Eye fillets... ...and
also Scotch fillets. Hmm... after grilling so many
steaks I think I'll be a vegetarian for a day or
two. Hehehe!
