I didn't have to worry about what goes on in the
back kitchen because Kimmie was on and she always
keeps an eye on things... ...and she also makes sure
that Greg's always busy. But occasionally he comes
out to the grill to check out the girls sitting in
the restaurant. Hehehe! |

It was pretty quiet at first... so I went through my
stuffs. Otherwise I just sipped my tea. =) ...then
the orders started pouring in and I had to start
putting more and more steaks on the grill.
Roman and the other floor staff were also busy. I
think they were caught by surprise. I sold quite a
few Kangaroo Loins. I think they're nice, but a lot
of people don't like the idea of eating cute,
jumping, huggable and furry animals. Oh well...

I also had to serve up quite a few Ocean Trouts.
They're my personal favorite. Yummy!!! ...and of
course... the usual steaks... like the Wagyu, Rib
Fillet and Scotch, etc. =) |
