We were all feeling a bit cold and hungry so Greg
prepared some breakfast... ...Oooh! It's a burger
bun stuffed with chicken, bacon, lettuce, egg,
tomato, cheese... and the hot chocolate was courtesy
of Roman! |

When Tanya showed up I melted some cheese on toast
for her. Ooh, lovely! =) I'm really not sure why,
but Roman's been drinking a lot of milk lately.
Hmm....
I went into the scullery and I found Roman picking
up cutlery from the floor. He seemed a bit annoyed,
but I would be too if I had to pick them all up and
wash them again. And the whole incident wore him out
completely. Hehehe! |

Thomas was showing Anne which platter has what and
where they're meant to go. I guess everything is so
well organized that we really did not have anything
to fuss about. |

I meticulously go through my oysters both before
lunch and dinner service starts pumping. I check if
they're still okay and I count them... one by one!
...so I was flabbergasted when I plated up my last
two dozen oysters... because I was ONE SHORT!!! I
only had 23, instead of 24 pieces. GEEEEEZ!!!
...someone's been eating my oysters while I was in
the cool room! |

Okay... I finished work and I was just about ready
to go somewhere with Anna and Tanya. I was in full
"winter" gear. It was bone-chillingly cold outside.
Brrrrr! Whenever a bar wants to get rid of its
customers they turn up the lights. Anyway, I was
just starting to enjoy all the stuffs that Anna,
Tanya and myself were talking about when we were
told that they have to close soon. Oh well... what a
pity. But I had a great time talking with them...
and I'm looking forward to our next
"alcohol-session" =) |
