Life Is Like A Mezza Plate

2:31am Thursday 17 July 2003 Sydney (gmt+10)

It wasn't really that busy so Greg gave his freezer a good clean up. =) Thomas and Roman were telling stories and it was really interesting to listen to them. =)

Since it wasn't that hectic I tried stuffs that I normally don't do when I'm frantically busy... like a "proper" salmon rose. ...It was good though, because as soon as I made a sample plate an order for it came through so I sold it straight away. Cool! =)
During my break I had to do some errands in the bank. Lucky for me I got there early enough to do what I needed to do. They close at 4pm, and I really think that's quite too early. When I left the hotel I saw Roman peacefully asleep. He's been doing a lot of hours lately.

Then I visited the "Chef's Shop" in Oxford Street to buy a few stuffs. I have to take a bus to get there but it matters not because I get a pretty hefty discount from them. =) Among the stuffs that I bought were those Kitchen Clogs (on the left). They're kind'a like sandals... and they're really comfortable. The boots (on the right) are the ones that I currently wear at work.

Tara's on as well. I didn't get a chance to take a snap of her because she was always on the move. =) 7Probably the only dessert dish that I made for yesterday... a chocolate cake with no anglaise sauce, and extra double crème.
