Oh wow... it was really sunny in the city! It was
kind'a tempting to just skip work and go to the
beach or something. Hehehe! ...as usual my eye bags
where horribly huge, so I decided to hide behind my
camera. =) |

Almost as soon as service time started Kimmie and
myself were swamped by orders. She was especially
busy because most of the orders were for her
deliciously crispy Caesar Salad. Yum! |

I did a cheese platter. I just have to say that
we've been getting really good produce lately. The
strawberries were sweet, plum and fresh! =) Tanya
was also running up and down the building, while
graciously balancing plates and baskets on her arms.
I was lucky to even catch her with my camera...
because she often moves too fast. =) |

And because it was quiet I did some vegetable mise-en-place
for my stir fry. I started with the oyster
mushrooms... ...then the baby corn. If you look
close enough you can almost see the tiny corn
kernels. Cool!
After that I did some zucchini. They're fairly big,
but they can often be a lot bigger! Finally I did
some broccoli. They're quite fresh and crunchy! =)
