I got to the train station and it was still dark
outside. I missed the train so I had to wait for 15
minutes for the next one. I went to the gym. It's
always good for me to do my workout early in the
morning because it peps me up for the rest of the
day.
Finally a bit of light made its way through the
rather dark and gloomy sky. It was horribly cold and
it made me wish I was in bed instead. Hehehe!
Kimmie dropped by the kitchen to talk with me. It's
about her section, because she's off so I had to
look after it yesterday. I had to steam some curried
warehou fillets for the soup of the day. Mmmm...
they look yummy! =)
We had a function yesterday so I sliced and arranged
the Salmon and Potato Pancake Rolls on a platter.
...and for my lunch I had a fillet of Ocean Trout
with Penne pasta in Curry Sauce. Oooh, it's perfect
for the miserably cold weather. =)
Tara was working yesterday as well. She was kind'a
busy as usual... ...but as always she manages to
crack a joke or two now and then. She's really
funny! Hehehe!
