Piping Full of Goodies

Patisserie is not my forte... so this simple piping exercise shows. I'm portioning cream into plastic ramekins... and they're all forming into different shapes and sizes! I need more practice. Hehehe!

I made a foccacia toast, chicken and tomato sandwich for someone in the office. Neat! ...then I plated up a few dozen oysters. For some reason we seem to be selling them out more often these days.

Tara was busy making coffee... ...while Tanya was meticulously setting up the tables for dinner and the next day.
