Spicy Kofta Balls

Look at those gray clouds floating over Sydney... it's a good day to be in the warm confines of the kitchen! Yesterday I had to alternate between coffee and chamomile tea... I was still feeling kind'a crappy!

Reinhard's strutting his stuff across the hallway. I can almost hear him say "...do you think I'm sexy?" Hehehe! Later I had some of the chicken pie that Kimmie made the day before... mmmmmmm... yummy!!!
Greg and Saroj were rolling up some Spicy Kofta Balls... ...and they seem to be enjoying themselves! (probably sharing some perverted sexual fantasies about "round objects") =P

Guess who's here??? ...John Falloon, the guy I replaced, paid us a visit. I'm not sure if he's going back to Ireland, but anyway Kimmie's happy to see him again. I went out to go to the post office to pay some bills... but when I saw just how many people were lining up for the counter I immediately turned around and walked back to the hotel. Eeks!

For my lunch Kimmie made me a stir-fried veggie omelete. Ooooh... it's absolutely yummy!!! Back in the kitchen... and it was a little bit somber because we were getting fewer orders than usual. I just kept myself on the ball by slicing some lemons into wedges.
