Yesterday was a beautiful day outside... and inside
the kitchen too. It was a bit quiet. Most of what I
did was just cleaning and rotating the stock.
Tara kept herself busy by folding napkins, and I
made some stuffs that are not in the menu like the
omelette, beef and vegie stir fry, gourmet
sandwiches and the roasted chicken breast. And I
also made a boconccini salad, which was on the menu.
:)
For lunch pretty much everyone had salads... but I
opted for a huge scotch fillet... grilled
medium-rare and served with a giant scoop of mash
and plenty of mushroom sauce. Yum!!!
Tanya was there and she's used to me taking pictures
of everyone. But Tara wants to grab me by the
throat. Hehehe!
Then in the kitchen Greg and Saroj were talking
about work... while Mikolaj were taking the seafood
baskets downstairs to the bar area. Meanwhile Roman
made me one of his awesome hot chocolate! Yummy!!!
