Gearing Up For Easter

Easter is a busy season for those of us who work in Hospitality. And even though today was a bit quiet we started producing heaps of prep so we don't get caught out when the busy time starts.

Greg and I took care of a lot of the mise-en-place and we did a few orders too. And I got the afternoon off so I did as much as I could of what I'd be using the next day. And while we're busy putting things together Shanker was busy chatting to his girlfriend inside our coolroom. Hehehe!

On my way home I saw Saroj on the sidewalk looking through a seafood delivery gone wrong. And there were heaps of people in and around the city. Most of whom are buying last minute Easter presents.
