Wing Ding

I went to visit Mr Wing this morning. I often refer to him as Master Wing because he taught me so much of what I know in the kitchen... even a few dirty words here and there. He can be a real dick but I learned a lot from him. I started working under him soon after I arrived in Australia and it's been a while since I've seen him.

Some of the staff whom I worked with were still there too. And breakfast is quite stead. But of course Mr Wing found time to lecture me on a few things and to show off his new BMW. Hehehe! And about the handicap parking... don't ask! :P

For the next couple of hours or so he just kept talking and talking about stuffs. I just stood there and watched him. And he asked me if my omelette making skills were improving. Regardless of my answer he took the opportunity to show me how it's done again! Hehehe! :)

The guy's a legend. I always learn something from him. And he never seems to run out of things to say. And I was really flattered when he made me an omelette! Coolness! :)
