That's what Friday was like! It was so busy I did
not even have time to sit for lunch! We made heaps
of the Mezze Plates and heaps of desserts too! But
Roman seems to be enjoying all the excitement along
with his orange juice. Hehehe!
Because we were selling a lot of desserts I had to
make more Anglaise sauce half way through lunch. For
those of you who's worked in ktichens or who knows
how to make the sauce you can understand just how
inconvenient it is to produce during service. Geez!
And after getting all the a'la carte stuffs done I
went on to do the function stuffs like the lemon
garnish on the left and the tomato salsa on the
right.
I definitely needed a drink so I had a few glasses
of beer. All I wanted to do was relax on the
train... but this chick has really smelly socks! Mmm...
blue cheese! Hehehe! :P
