It was Malcolm's birthday on Tuesday. Cool!
We were trying to figure out what to give him, so
during his afternoon break Jan went to the adult
book club and got a magazine for Mal. He got us all
to sign the paper bag... and not the magazine
itself, which I think is a really good idea so we
don't look so dirty. hehehe!
It was a relatively steady evening. We weren't too
busy, nor were we quiet. I guess I can say that it's
an ideal shift so I just took some time to do some
stuffs for the Pizza-Pasta section.
I decided to have nachos for my dinner. I haven't
had nachos for the longest time, and the nacho sauce
was really yummy. I really don't like my cheese to
be too melted, so I passed the nachos in the oven
for just a minute or so. Then somebody walked by and
thought that I was eating "yellow" worms. Geez!!!
Some people are just gross! ...but I kept on eating
anyway!
Then just before we packed our stuffs up, Jan made
up a chocolate dessert... which eloquently resembles
a bum. The cakes from the novelty bake house were
too expensive. It was the next best thing. Then we
took it too him and everybody sang "happy birthday".
=)
We handed him the "reading material" that Jan
bought... and we all laughed because I told him that
Jan wasn't sure whether it was a "hetero-magazine"
or a "gay-magazine". Hehehe! |
