Anyway, the first thing that I noticed was my
ice-cream freezer. It was a mess! Geez! All the
ice-cream flavors were mixed up, and messy with
smears of chocolate everywhere. And the lid for the
chocolate ice-cream was missing!!! Grrrrrrrr!
Someone's been having an ice-cream party behind my
back!!!
Then, my first order for the day was a chocolate
temptation. It took me a while to get it out because
I was busy cleaning off the smears of chocolate from
the tub of vanilla ice-cream. Anyway, I got it
done... and as slack as I said I was I even took a
quick picture of it. Coolness! |

Stacey, the new chef who's doing the grill section,
decided to give the next couple of dessert orders a
go. She said she wanted to just get out of the grill
area. But anyway, she did well... and maybe perhaps
one day she could take over Larder section.
After that we got busy. Like... really busy,
unusually busy for a Sunday evening. I mean, it's
okay... I'm used to working in a busy environment,
but the lack or coordination on the waiters' part
caused a lot of problems for us... like dishes going
to the wrong table, or orders not being properly
punched in... it was just chaos. Good thing I had a
cup of coffee by my side. Hehehe! :) |
