St Patrick's Day |

Today was a really long day at work. It's St
Patrick's Day. Not only was it very busy but we also
had to start real early. On a normal day we start in
the kitchen at around 9am. But today Kimmie and I
were already setting up at 4:30am. We're doing
breakfast today. Probably the only time when we do
it. |

It's not really that hard. Thomas was taking care of
the Pudding and other stuff at the front in the
grill section while I was looking after the fried
eggs in the pan section. I mean, it's just fried
eggs. No brainer! Although I had to move a bit
quickly sometimes 'coz there are a lot of orders. By
11am I did close to 50 dozen eggs. |

Then we did lunch which was also a bit hectic.
Eventually things died down and that's when I had
time to take pictures of Shanker with Lauren, Tara
and the St Patrick's Day Promo Girls. Reinhardt was
in it as well. Cool! |

Later on after we finished, those of us who came in
early to do the St Patrick's Day Breakfast went to
Golden Century Seafood Restaurant in Chinatown.

We had a Giant Mud Crab for dinner. Unfortunately my
camera has been acting up all day so I was not able
to take any proper pictures of it. But take my word
for it... it was good! :) |
