St Patrick's Day

Today was a really long day at work. It's St Patrick's Day. Not only was it very busy but we also had to start real early. On a normal day we start in the kitchen at around 9am. But today Kimmie and I were already setting up at 4:30am. We're doing breakfast today. Probably the only time when we do it.

It's not really that hard. Thomas was taking care of the Pudding and other stuff at the front in the grill section while I was looking after the fried eggs in the pan section. I mean, it's just fried eggs. No brainer! Although I had to move a bit quickly sometimes 'coz there are a lot of orders. By 11am I did close to 50 dozen eggs.

Then we did lunch which was also a bit hectic. Eventually things died down and that's when I had time to take pictures of Shanker with Lauren, Tara and the St Patrick's Day Promo Girls. Reinhardt was in it as well. Cool!

Later on after we finished, those of us who came in early to do the St Patrick's Day Breakfast went to Golden Century Seafood Restaurant in Chinatown.

We had a Giant Mud Crab for dinner. Unfortunately my camera has been acting up all day so I was not able to take any proper pictures of it. But take my word for it... it was good! :)
